By using Quillow, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and the related policies we've linked to here and on our platform.
These terms, along with other policies we reference, apply to your utilization of our website, application and any other software of features linked to our services (collectively referred to as the "Platform" or "Quillow"). Throughout these Terms, when we mention "we," "our," or "us," we are referring to Quillow Pty Ltd and our associated entities.
Please carefully read these Terms. If you do not agree with these terms, we recommend that you refrain from using Quillow.
Account Terms
To become a Quillow user, you must be at least 13 years old. If you're registering for someone else, ensure you have their explicit permission. You're responsible for your account's activities.
By creating an account, you confirm that you're (i) over 13, and (ii) authorized to agree to these Terms. Keep your account information accurate and update it as needed.
If you're using Quillow on behalf of others, you declare your authorization to act and accept these Terms. Your account actions are your responsibility. Safeguard your login details and don't share them. If you suspect unauthorized access, advise us as soon as possible by contacting our support team.
Don't transfer your account to someone else or use it in way that may harm Quillow, violate laws, or infringe on rights.
Content - Acceptable Use & Licensing
We value diverse content but expect compliance with our Community Guidelines. It is important to ensure that your content aligns with our Community Guidelines. Failure to do so may result in suspension or cancellation of your account.
Your content includes but is not limited to, text, images, videos and links that you include on your Quillow page. You should own or have rights to all content you include, not deceive or harm others and the content you include should not violate any laws.
We appreciate your content and seek your permission to use it. By posting content, you grant us the right to use, display and share it. This right is global, royalty-free and indefinite. You must have all necessary rights to your content. Remember your content is public and might be shared.
Quillow Platform
You must not use Quillow's IP (including our brand name or logo) for unauthorised purposes. All rights, including IP, associated with Quillow belong solely to Quillow.
As a user, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to utilize Quillow within these Terms. Modifying, copying, distributing, licensing, selling or attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or derive source code from Quillow is prohibited.
We are not liable for content, products or services offered by other users' profiles.
Quillow Plans & Fees
You can choose free or paid plans and cancel anytime. Your plan starts on acceptance and lasts until cancellation. To cancel, visit the billing page. Payments are usually non-refundable. Subscription fees may change, however notice will be given.
Account deletion is possible after plan cancellation. Be aware that deleted accounts cannot be reactivated or content retrieved.
Liability & Disclaimer
We are not responsible for your Platform use or content. You're responsible for content backups. Use of Quillow and its content is at your discretion. Quillow is provided "as is" without warranties, including availability, merchantability, and fitness.
We do not warrant: uninterrupted functionality, error correction or virus-free use; accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content.
Third-Party Services & Open Source
Third-party services are incorporated into Quillow. We may integrate third-party products or services. Their use requires compliance with separate terms. Quillow also includes open source software. Open source components follow their own licenses.
Other
As Quillow evolves, changes may occur. Material changes will be communicated however we encourage users to periodically review these Terms.
These Terms are the complete agreement and local laws may effect these Terms. Our complete agreement comprises these Terms and other Quillow related policies. These Terms are governed by Australian law.
